Which Countries do you ship to and service?
We currently serve 19 Caribbean Countries: Anguilla, Antigua, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Barbuda, Bonaire, Curacao, Dominica, Grenada, Haiti, Jamaica, Montserrat, Saba, St Lucia, St. Maarten, St. Vincent, Turks & Caicos, Virgin Islands.
How do we get started?
We have 50 years of imaging experience and are willing to share that expertise with you to make your project a success. Whether you interested in purchasing a MRI, CT, X-Ray, Ultrasound, CR or PACS, we have the information you need. Our knowledgeable sales staff will help you decide which system will meet your needs. Our project manager will walk you through the site planning, room layout and construction renovations. Finally, our service engineers will complete your installation.
Do you provide applications training?
Yes, applications training is provided with new equipment purchases. This service is performed by individuals trained on your specific equipment. Additional training on any modality can be quoted and provided on request.
Do you provide equipment service?
Yes, we have 10 service engineers located in the Florida who are only a flight away from anywhere in the Caribbean. We also have an engineer residing in Barbados and another in Curacao. Our service engineers are all factory trained and certified with the manufactures on every type of equipment. We offer repair service on MRI, CT, X-Ray, Ultrasound, CR and PACS. We also provide Monthly or Annual Service Agreements to meet your needs.
